Services We Offer

Option 1

Full locate, evaluate and negotiate service.

The most important person is YOU, so we take the time to listen to what you want to make sure we understand your needs. We then compile a comprehensive requirements list which we use as the basis of our search. Once we have an Agency Agreement in place and the initial engagement fee (retainer) has been paid, we are then ready to conduct our search in which we:

Locate a property or properties for you to review.

Critically evaluate by conducting research and sales histories on the properties using the same industry data accessed by real estate agents… and once you decide on your preferred property.

Negotiate the best possible price on the best possible terms for you, the Buyer.

Option 2

Property evaluation and negotiation only service.

If you enjoy the search and prefer to find the property you want yourself but you want to make sure that the price you are paying is right and want someone skilled in negotiation to get it for the best price, then this is for you. You find the property and we will carry out steps 2 and 3 listed in option 1 above.

Option 3

Auction bidding service.

We understand intimately the bidding process and bring to auctions the confidence, emotional detachment and strategies necessary for a successful bid.

Our Fees

We quote a fixed fee based on a combination of your price range and the option above that you engage us to carry out. We work on your behalf to negotiate the lowest possible price on the best possible terms to you the Buyer. Please contact us for a quote on our services.

Our fees represent an investment. We can often save our clients many times* our fees through our knowledge of the local property market and our negotiating abilities. (*Please note that at various stages of the property market, and more specifically during periods of a “seller’s” market, that this is not always possible. However, you will still benefit from all the other skills we bring to the transaction).

We are totally one-sided as we only represent Buyers in the property transaction. We are completely independent of selling agents and vendors. We do not seek, nor would we accept, any secret commissions, spotter’s fees, or any form of kick-back from vendors (including developers) or selling agents.  This is the only way we know that you will get truly independent, objective advice.
