Alan and other members of the Propertunity team all have long histories in the sales profession. In fact, although by no means essential to acting as a Buyer’s Agent, Alan has worked as a real estate selling agent for a number of different agencies in the past. This means that he has intimate knowledge of the sales techniques that can be brought to bear during the selling process.
Now that he and his team at Propertunity operate from the other side of the transaction, they can put that knowledge and skill-set to work in your (the Buyer’s) best interests.

Lyn is a fully licensed real estate agent in her own right and has been operating as an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent with Propertunity for many years. Her passion for real estate started from first off being a property investor herself. This was followed by a natural progression to helping others buy their own home and encouraging others to create wealth by investing in property.
Lyn strives to deliver over and above her client’s expectations. Developing the right contacts and relationships with selling agents over the years has helped Lyn to find silent properties, both off market and pre-market to get ahead of other intending purchasers. Her passion in real estate has always been to help find the right property for her clients, whether they be first home buyers, upgraders, downsizers, investors, or retirees looking for a sea change.

Michael started his career in the Real Estate industry in 2002 after following the footsteps of his father John, who has been in the industry for 35+ years.
With it in his blood, Michael quickly developed the passion and skill set required to take on this industry and has never looked back. He has 10 years experience as a selling agent and has worked for some of the biggest franchises in Australia. This has given him the opportunity to learn from the best of the best and given him great experience with techniques and training that they have to offer.
Now exclusively a Buyers Agent, Michael has a wealth of knowledge of how the industry works and has an unparalleled advantage over his competition when dealing with selling agents in regard to negotiation, timeframes and processes.
Michael spends most days on the front line which includes talking to selling agents and viewing properties that might suit his clients. This gives him real time market knowledge and gives his clients another edge over other intending purchasers.
Michael is well known for “digging up” a great buy for his clients who reap the rewards when they refinance to draw down deposits from equity and use him again to increase their portfolio.
The administration and marketing department is controlled by Cassandra Pickham who comes from a 10+ year Retail Management role where she has developed skills to manage the fast paced role of a Buyer’s Agent Administration Manager. This ensures that all their clients are kept up to date, with every new listing being monitored and ensuring that they don’t miss anything.
Ben has experience in Real Estate both professionally and personally. Professionally he worked with an agency in QLD on the sales side and, understanding the sales process and tactics, he can help you navigate the selling agency and tricks of the sales trade.
Personally, over the last 10 years he has built his own portfolio of investment properties. Having sourced and bought residential properties numerous times himself, he knows what to look for to avoid the common traps and can sift out the right property specific to your needs. The combination of both selling and buying experience means he is well equipped to be the buying advocate you need.
